Nicole and Craig - reception fun!

Officially, I was off duty as photographer and into my role as an invited guest for the reception, but can't resist adding some extra snapshots to finish the day!

Many of these reception photos were taken using the venue lighting only, rather than the flash, and the blurring is purposeful and designed to show our fun and frivolity, and perhaps also incriminate a few in their antics ☺....

 

  

 

And now....the best man winds the party up, while the groomsman gives the DJ a few 'how to' tips...

and then he words up the guests too...

There's no holding back as the bride's girls hit the floor...

 

Luckily, before things got too out of hand the bride was pulled into gear by her close friend, while the groomsman dealt with the rest of the guests...

He managed to relax to get his obligations out of the way though, with the obligatory 'grooms waltz'...

Keep your eyes out for these girls... is it the 'Swigger Sisters'?  Performing LIVE at a venue near you...

OK, well it would have to be the Time Warp, wouldn't it?

The best man SCORES again!  One for each hand...

This young man was having his own party back at the bridal table...

... and what's a wedding without YMCA with all the actions?

Trying to sneak past a photographer, even an off duty one, does not work!

It's the boys turn to unwind and get into the groove...

 

Katy shows us how it's done, but Danny still thinks he can do better...

My hubby is learning to be my second photographer, so sometimes I get allocated to the backlot with the backup camera, but that's ok ☺

The best man relaxes into the groove, but it's that bottle in the air that's caught my attention!

As the night wore on, there were certainly more arms and legs around the place...

... and it wasn't just the girls, cutting up the dance floor!

Plenty of mateship, and bonding, and 'I love you, man' to be heard...

... and by the end of the night, I'm sure these beautiful two newlyweds were happy to get home and, ahem, sleep it off!
