Come with me...
... on my drive home!
Have I mentioned before how beautiful the area is that I live in? 
The storm front approaches over Little Plain (part of Cavan Station, near Wee Jasper and Yass, NSW)
By now, I'm feeling torn between getting my cute backside home and photographing the unfolding dramatics of such a tumultuous storm front...
This mob of sheep were clearly disturbed by the storm that they knew was only minutes away...
And another photo taken at the same time and kept in color shows the downpour starting to surround us...
Oh, and never underestimate what you can do out of a car window....

Storms...
Yesterday we had storms in the area that created the most eerie light. I took a walk down to the mighty Murrumbidgee... you could almost walk across it without getting your boots wet right now, such is the drought.

Summer storm...
In the previous 24 hours we had had 85mm of rain... fences were washed away, the river went from being a trickle to higher than we've seen it in the past 12 months. Our driveway is negotiable, will huge washouts. But you can't help but be in awe of nature...
