Today we went for a lovely drive in the country.  The poplars are beautifully painted in their autumn colors.

I took bucket loads of photos. 

Really. Bad. Photos.

It happens sometimes.  Oh well.

I hate these days.

Here are the two that had something in them for me.  The rest are in the sin bin.

A family Christmas..

My family, that is! 
During the run up to Christmas I was extremely busy with doing Santa photos at one of the major department stores here, so I didn't have much time for anything else.  That's all a bit boring on a blog :) so I thought I would add in a few photos from our Christmas with my sister's family, and in particular, my beautiful nieces...

For those of you who don't know, our son passed away very soon after he was born.  He would be just one month younger than this little girl.  I see him in every new thing she learns.  For Christmas we gave her a Jack-in-the-box....

And to end the day... why not paint the sky pink!

Let me share some images from a recent trip to the Northern Territory of Australia. For me it was like coming home as I spent several years living in this area.
