We had the most amazing site here this week.  Thousands, millions, of butterflies.  Like snowflakes. 

When I went to investigate I found them mating.  Going through their rituals.  I managed to photograph four different species ~ Meadow Argus, Yellow Admiral, Cabbage White, and Painted Ladies.  I saw another too, a yellow one, but it was too quick for me to catch.  I tried to capture the magic of it.  I'm not sure if I succeeded.  But I count myself lucky to have stood amongst those beautiful butterflies.

I love just seeing what I see.  I love hanging out in public places.  Randomly taking photos.  People.  Places.  Things.

I love this photo particularly because of the yellow budgie sitting in the first window.  I didn't see it when I snapped it.  I didn't see it until I started processing it.

Something simple like a bike.

Or a child playing by himself on a hot day.

A busker on the corner...
